Adriana Beischl, Founder and GC

I didn’t launch LuMax because I had it all figured out — I started it because I knew I could figure it out along the way.

At LuMax, we’re both general contractors and hands-on project managers. We lead residential construction projects across Los Angeles — from full-home remodels and ground-up builds to ADUs and everything in between. We’re licensed, bonded, and insured, and we proudly partner with designers, architects, engineers, and homeowners who value integrity, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

Before I ever picked up a hammer or managed a remodel, I spent 17 years working with a family-owned women’s clothing company. I ran their top-performing store for a decade and helped grow sales from $1.3M to $1.9M in under three years. That experience taught me how to lead, grow a business, and never settle — lessons I still carry with me every day.

  • — running summer camps, taking flexible jobs, and helping friends manage their home projects. When we renovated our first home, I discovered my passion for building. That spark turned into something bigger after we moved closer to family and I gutted and rebuilt our new home — including a beautiful back house where my mom could grow old surrounded by love and laughter.

I officially earned my general contractor license and launched LuMax in 2021 — named after my sons, Luka and Maximus. Since then, I’ve developed deep, hands-on knowledge of city codes, permitting, inspections, subcontractor coordination, and high-end project execution.

My biggest fear starting out was making mistakes — but I’ve always known that I could be counted on. I work hard. I stay honest. And I protect my clients’ interests like I would my own family’s.

Today, I’m proud of what we’ve built: a company known for clear communication, reliable execution, and strong relationships. We’ve grown quickly, but with intention. And as we look to the future, we’ll keep building with the same heart, hustle, and integrity that got us here.
